We have a 90-day no questions asked return policy. If at any point within 90 days of your purchase, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can receive a full refund.

All products must be returned in their original packaging. The products must be returned well packaged and protected to avoid damage during transport.


How to Start A Return


To start a return, please use our Return Center with your order ID and the email address you used to purchase your order or contact us at Hello@odelyne.com Select items purchased within 90 days are eligible for a full refund. You will receive a UPS Prepaid label automatically once you complete the return process in our Return Center. Once you have the label, it is time to pack and prepare your products for return. You can deposit the package at any nearby UPS collection point. If you prefer to schedule a pickup at your address, please contact us.

Return shipping costs are included. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not able to be accepted.

Cancellations


If you would like to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at  Hello@odelyne.com


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your device is broken after 90 days, you can use our 2-year warranty and we'll send you a replacement.

Exchanges


If, for whatever reason, you need to exchange your device, please email Hello@odelyne.com with your order ID from the email address you used to purchase your order. All purchases made within 90 days are automatically eligible for free exchanges. If you are outside of the 90-day purchase window and your device is defective please email us at  Hello@odelyne.com and we'll make things right :-)

 

Warranty


We offer a 2-year warranty for the following products:

-Odelyne Zephyr™

This means that If your device is broken after 90 days, you can use our 2-year warranty and we'll send you a replacement.

Refunds


Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process.

Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
