All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Please ensure that products are securely packaged and protected to avoid any damage during transport.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please visit our Return Center and use your order ID together with the email address used at checkout.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at [email protected].
Select items purchased within 90 days are eligible for a full refund.
Once your return is approved, you will automatically receive a UPS prepaid return label.
Simply pack your product carefully, attach the label, and drop the package off at your nearest UPS Access Point.
If you prefer to schedule a pickup from your address, please contact us, and we’ll gladly arrange it for you.

Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it at [email protected].
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be followed instead.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

If your device becomes defective after 90 days, you are covered by our 2-year warranty, and we will send you a replacement unit.
Exchanges

All purchases made within 90 days are eligible for free exchanges.
If your device is outside the 90-day window but is defective, please email us, and we will make it right.

If your device develops a manufacturing fault after 90 days, please contact us to activate your warranty, and we’ll send you a replacement device under our 2-year coverage.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
